Hygiene & Intimate Items Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, panties, bodysuits, slips, robes, and all intimate apparel are non-returnable and non exchangeable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Any item showing signs of:
Wear or use
Washing
Perfume scent
Makeup or deodorant marks
Stains
Removal of hygiene seal or tags
will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number
Clear photos showing the issue
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement (subject to availability)
Store credit
Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before placing an order.
Amalia’s Soft is not responsible for incorrect size selection after order confirmation.

Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused
In original condition
With original tags and packaging
If approved:
Customer bears all shipping costs
Exchange is subject to stock availability

Refund requests are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
If approved:
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable
